About the role

  • Projektmanager für den Aufbau eines neuen Projektteams im Netzausbau. Verantwortung für komplexe Abläufe und die kaufmännische Betreuung von Großprojekten in der Infrastruktur.

Responsibilities

  • Take a central role in building and further developing a new project team in the area of network expansion.
  • Shape collaboration, bring structure to complex processes, and support colleagues in leveraging their strengths.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of demanding projects and help open up new opportunities.
  • Manage construction-site processes from a commercial perspective: invoice verification, budget reporting/monitoring via iTWO.
  • Support claims and contract change requests, attend site meetings, and plan and control schedules using internal steering schedules.
  • Identify risks and scheduling conflicts through scenario analyses.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration with a focus on Construction
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in scheduling large-scale projects — at least 5 of those years in the transmission grid sector
  • Several years of professional experience in commercial project execution
  • Proficient in software such as iTWO, Primavera, SAP S/4Hana
  • Solid understanding of construction workflows, billing methodologies and project controlling
  • IPMA certification or equivalent qualification is a plus
  • Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken (at least C1)
