About the role

Responsibilities
- Implementing and managing a formal project management framework for R&D
- Acting as the main liaison to Finance and Product Management for planning and coordination
- Using a work breakdown structure to define clear ownership and responsibilities
- Establishing change management procedures for documenting and escalating changes
- Setting and tracking objectives and key results (OKRs) for project predictability
- Monitoring progress through measurable milestones and timelines
- Clarifying roles and responsibilities to enhance accountability and efficiency
- Running PMA (Portfolio Management and Approval)
- Driving PMA process/program launch
- Implementing program management practices to ensure delivery of key programs
- Leading and integrating teams of project managers and subject matter experts to drive program success
- Overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of critical programs, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline objectives
- Tracking program performance, identifying improvement areas, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could impact program success
- Maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Promoting a culture of standardization, continuous improvement and innovation within the program management team
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or another relevant technical field or MBA
- Relevant, multi-year professional experience
- Extensive experience in program and project management in the semiconductor industry
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English - written & verbal (C1)
