About the role

  • Program Manager overseeing repair development strategy for Aero Alliance, collaborating with engineering and operations teams to enhance repair processes and efficiency in Florence, Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Repair Development Strategy for Aero Alliance for key product lines
  • Support creation and execution of Repair Multi-Generational Product Plan (MGPP) and New Product Introduction (NPI) for MRO expansion and Level 5 Component Repairs
  • Manage full business cases for repairs, including Engineering, P&E and any other related capital or operational expense investment to develop new repairs
  • Partner with Operations team to expand shop capabilities
  • Enhance repair development awareness within Aero Alliance network
  • Identify opportunities for improved Turn Around Time for Level 5 repairs across Supply chain
  • Ensure timely execution of repair development related programs and activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field of study from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or other relevant technical functions
  • Demonstrable competence in Aeroderivative repair world
  • Willingness to travel around 20% of the time worldwide.
