About the role

  • Project Manager providing project management support to Senior PMs. Focused on execution, coordination, and project management discipline in the NAM GSI Behind the Meter portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Provide internal project management support to Senior Project Managers across the NAM GSI Behind the Meter (BTM) portfolio
  • Support schedule, cost and risk management, internal coordination, and performance tracking across assigned projects
  • Coordinate internal activities across engineering, factories, sourcing, quality, logistics, and site teams
  • Track action items, deliverables, and commitments, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
  • Support preparation and execution of internal project reviews, execution meetings, and readiness reviews
  • Support identification, documentation, and follow-up of project risks and opportunities
  • Monitor execution progress against agreed plans and flag deviations early
  • Support development and follow-up of recovery actions for at-risk activities
  • Ensure cross-functional interfaces and dependencies are clearly identified and actively managed
  • Support tracking of project budgets, commitments, and actuals in coordination with the Project Controller
  • Act as a key internal coordination point between project teams and factories
  • Ensure internal execution issues are escalated through the defined governance when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management or execution support roles within power, grid, or EPC environments
  • Experience supporting projects involving factory-manufactured equipment and cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of project execution processes, schedule, cost and risk management
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach
  • Proficiency with Primavera (P6), MS Project, ERP systems, and PMO tools
  • PMP certification or progress toward certification.
