- Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, garantindo visibilidade sobre prazos, resultados e impactos das iniciativas;

- Desenvolver e fortalecer a cultura de gestão de projetos dentro da organização.
Requirements
- Formação em Administração, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência sólida em gestão de projetos, preferencialmente em empresas de tecnologia;
- Vivência com liderança ou coordenação de iniciativas multidisciplinares;
- Experiência com planejamento estratégico e gestão de indicadores;
- Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de projetos (Agile, Scrum, PMI ou híbridos);
- Capacidade de estruturar processos e apoiar a evolução da maturidade organizacional em projetos;
- Habilidade de comunicação com diferentes níveis da organização.
