About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key KPIs (costs, service quality, punctuality, load factor, CO2).
- Identify and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement projects.

- Lead deployment, enhancement and continuous improvement projects for the TMS and related digital tools.
- Ensure integration and interoperability with other information systems (WMS, ERP, BI).
- Train and support internal teams in adopting the tools.
- Design and update the transport master plan according to business, customer and regulatory changes.
- Conduct flow modeling studies, network optimization and warehouse/hub location studies.
- Identify opportunities for consolidation, massification and route optimization.
- Define and manage initiatives to reduce CO2 emissions related to transport.
- Deploy alternative solutions (electric vehicles, biofuels, combined rail/road solutions).
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport or equivalent.
- 7 to 10 years’ experience in transport, logistics or supply chain, ideally in an international environment.
- Proven experience managing complex projects (IT systems, network optimization, sustainability).
- Excellent knowledge of transport operations and the associated economic, operational and regulatory issues.
- In-depth knowledge of Transport Management Systems (TMS) and analytical tools.
- Strong skills in data analysis and flow modeling.
- Good understanding of CSR/sustainability issues and decarbonization strategies.
- Cross-functional leadership with the ability to unite and persuade stakeholders.
- Rigour, analytical mindset and results orientation.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Capacity for innovation and technological curiosity.
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
