About the role

  • Product Sales Specialist responsible for developing sales strategies and executing proposals for AIS Products in India. Requires extensive experience in T&D Industry and Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategies and sales agreements.
  • Develop deal structures, pricing, and proposals.
  • Assist in customer negotiations.
  • Identify new opportunities to develop products and services.
  • Utilize Lean methodologies to improve the proposal process.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer groups.
  • Make decisions within a defined framework, with some autonomy in final decisions for projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and the business about design and coordination services.
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members.
  • Explain complex information in straightforward situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the T&D Industry.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Application Sales.
  • Availability to travel extensively.
