Responsibilities
Formulate and execute strategies and sales agreements.
Develop deal structures, pricing, and proposals.
Assist in customer negotiations.
Identify new opportunities to develop products and services.
Utilize Lean methodologies to improve the proposal process.
Develop in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer groups.
Make decisions within a defined framework, with some autonomy in final decisions for projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and the business about design and coordination services.
Provide informal guidance to new team members.
Explain complex information in straightforward situations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the T&D Industry.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Application Sales.
