Responsibilities
Design, implement, and lead hands-on experimentation with new automation and AI-driven ideas, rapidly prototyping, testing, and scaling solutions that improve revenue performance.
Work hands-on with our current tech stack and automation tools (n8n, Clay, etc.)
Analyze data to drive insights, performance tracking, and decision-making
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and other commercial teams
Manage stakeholders by driving alignment, adoption, and change
Requirements
Experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or comes from a strong technical background within a B2B SaaS environment
Demonstrated transition into automation, leveraging prior commercial exposure to build and scale automated solutions
Strong understanding of go-to-market and revenue processes gained through hands-on operational experience
Highly driven, intellectually curious, and creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
