About the role

  • RevOps Automation Lead at Moss, focusing on automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance revenue performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while working with advanced automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and lead hands-on experimentation with new automation and AI-driven ideas, rapidly prototyping, testing, and scaling solutions that improve revenue performance.
  • Work hands-on with our current tech stack and automation tools (n8n, Clay, etc.)
  • Analyze data to drive insights, performance tracking, and decision-making
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and other commercial teams
  • Manage stakeholders by driving alignment, adoption, and change

Requirements

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or comes from a strong technical background within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated transition into automation, leveraging prior commercial exposure to build and scale automated solutions
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market and revenue processes gained through hands-on operational experience
  • Highly driven, intellectually curious, and creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
