Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Product Implementation function ensuring timely client onboarding.
Own the end-to-end implementation process, from requirements gathering through go-live, including process design and execution.
Build and manage a team to foster for efficiency and agility.
Drive consistency, scalability, and quality in implementation methodology, tools, and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and alignment.
Track and report implementation progress, timelines, risks, and escalations to leadership.
Establish best practices and continuously improve delivery models to increase implementation bandwidth without compromising quality.
Be the counterpart to customer leaders during implementations, providing strategic oversight and ensuring alignment between client goals and delivery outcomes.
Requirements
12–15+ years of experience in technology services/implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Deep experience in healthcare technology and SaaS product implementations, with a strong understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows – is a strong plus
A demonstrated ability to scale implementation capacity by building efficient team structures that increase throughput.
A leadership style that balances strategic direction with hands-on involvement, ensuring accountability at every level of the team.
Strong skills in program management, process design, and metrics-driven delivery, consistently driving on-time implementations.
Comfort working with U.S. clients and aligning partial availability to U.S. hours
Ability to inspire, coach, and grow managers and their teams while instilling a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
