About the role
- Solutions Engineer collaborating with customers to design value-adding solutions for GetAccept's AI-powered digital sales platform. Bridging customer needs and technical proficiency to enhance sales processes and support growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and design value-adding solutions.
- Act as the technical authority throughout the entire sales and implementation cycle.
- Provide direct insights to our R&D team to help shape product development and the future roadmap.
- Collaborate with Sales and CS to identify knowledge gaps and lead initiatives to improve our internal skill sets.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and the SaaS tech ecosystem.
- Occasionally travel to meet with our customers and partners in person.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or consulting, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- A solid understanding of software, APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
- Experience with major platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to translate technical features into customer value, ROI, and strategic solutions.
- Proven ability to drive co-selling, technical enablement, and implementation alongside product and sales teams.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swedish is a strong merit.
