Responsibilities
- End-to-end leadership of value realization: from identifying relevant value hypotheses and customer profiles within account strategy, through discovery of pain points, analysis of business processes and definition of proof-of-value in opportunities, to measuring value during delivery with our customers
- Support Account Executives through coaching and sparring on account strategy and opportunities by identifying the right solution components from SPREADs' portfolio and convincing customers through subject-matter and domain expertise
- Plan and lead value assessments and proof-of-value projects; design and conduct demos; facilitate workshops at C-level and present findings and recommendations to executives
- Quantify customer value through robust business cases — including ROI and impact hypotheses — and clearly demonstrate how SPREADs Solutions deliver impact across the entire value journey
- Work closely with delivery and product teams to ensure new and strategic use cases and customer requirements are captured early on the product roadmap, scaled and sustainably embedded; systematically feed project insights back into platform evolution.
