About the role

  • Creative Marketing Specialist joining Impulse, a brain training app. Collaborating with a team to enhance marketing strategies and performance of a leading product.

Responsibilities

  • Explore the market and competitors to identify trends and translate them into creative ideas.
  • Generate and test creative hypotheses for advertising campaigns.
  • Create clear and structured briefs for designers (mostly video creatives) to bring ideas to life.
  • Use AI tools to generate images, videos, and creative concepts faster and more efficiently.
  • Analyze performance metrics of tested creatives (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and generate new ideas to improve results.
  • Discover and implement new tools and approaches to enhance the creative process and automate routine tasks.
  • Participate in shoots for advertising creatives, collaborating with our in-house video production team.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in creative marketing;
  • Ability to use market monitoring and competitor analysis tools (AppMagic, Facebook Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center etc).
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Sora, Nanobanana, Runway, or similar).
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics and the marketing funnel.
  • Ability to create clear and structured briefs for designers (both static and video creatives).
  • A mix of creative and analytical thinking, proven by previous experience.
  • Proactive and self-driven mindset — eager to learn, grow fast, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in tracking content trends and best-performing ad practices on social media.
  • English at Intermediate level or higher — comfortable communicating with teammates and stakeholders.
  • Openness to sharing and discussing ideas and providing constructive feedback.
