About the role

  • Marketing Analyst at Embracon supporting press relations and media engagement. Responsible for content production and event support for corporate communications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with media outlets and support the company’s press office activities
  • Produce and review press releases, articles, press notes and institutional content for media distribution
  • Identify opportunities for brand exposure across media channels
  • Support the handling of press inquiries and executive interviews
  • Monitor publications and results from earned media
  • Plan and oversee institutional and corporate events and relationship-building activities
  • Support the logistical and operational organization of events (invitations, materials, vendors and communications)
  • Handle marketing requests related to corporate communications
  • Monitoring and crisis management support
  • Develop supporting materials and institutional presentations
  • Ensure institutional messaging is aligned with the brand’s positioning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communication, Marketing or related fields
  • Experience in press office/press relations, corporate communications or media relations
  • Experience organizing or supporting corporate events
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple demands
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ease working with different departments and stakeholders
  • The following are a plus:
  • Experience in medium- or large-sized companies
  • Background in managing corporate or institutional events
  • Established relationships with media outlets
  • Experience with media monitoring and clipping/reporting
  • Experience producing institutional content and articles
