  • Key Account Manager responsible for managing accounts across various channels in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Focusing on client relationships and sales growth through strategic initiatives and events.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage key account customers across various sales channels
  • Prepare and conduct annual review meetings
  • Systematic and regular customer and competitor analysis
  • Develop customer-specific strategies to build and expand distribution
  • Provide intensive customer support and acquire new customers
  • Execute promotional activities and represent the brand at events

Requirements

  • Completed degree or successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Relevant professional experience in sales
  • Experience in managing key accounts advantageous
  • Proficient with SAP and common Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility and team orientation
  • Independent, analytical working style with assertiveness and negotiation skills
