Responsibilities
Active prospecting of new business opportunities (Hunter profile) and strategic management of the existing client portfolio (Farmer profile), ensuring excellent service and customer retention;
Development and implementation of tailored action plans for client retention and growth, with a focus on upsell and cross-sell in the short, medium, and long term;
Close monitoring of service activation and service quality, as well as contract management;
Establishing a close and effective relationship between clients and the company through visits, meetings, and loyalty initiatives.
Requirements
Solid experience in corporate sales, covering both Hunter and Farmer profiles;
Familiarity with vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Fortinet, Check Point;
Proactivity in proposing innovative brand-promotion ideas and continuous improvement initiatives;
Strong focus on meeting targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience;
Active hunter for new business and strategic account manager focused on client retention and growth. Ensures service activation, contract management, and strong client relationships through visits and meetings.
