Responsibilities
The Regional Marketing Manager will lead strategic, scalable marketing initiatives across multiple air medical programs within a defined geographic region.
Work closely with our sales and sales ops teams and other cross-functional areas to develop plans that drive patient volume, brand awareness, and community engagement.
Supporting the sales-customer relationship to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Ensure consistent brand representation across regional initiatives (collateral, digital, social media content, presentations/speakers bureau, events, classes, etc.).
Proactively monitor demand performance and analyze campaign KPIs, prepare reports to demonstrate impact and future strategies.
Build strong relationships with internal teams (clinical, operations, business development), key customers and other partners to ensure alignment and support.
Visit programs regularly to support initiatives, attend events and maintain strong local relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) in Business, Marketing or Communications related field from four-year college or university; or five (5) or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Master’s degree, preferred.
5+ years of experience in regional or field marketing, preferably in healthcare or emergency services.
Familiarity with air medical or EMS operations, preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects across diverse teams and geographies.
Passionate about collaboration and thrives in cross-functional team environments.
Excels at interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication, with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
Bold thinker who brings creativity and strategic insight to complex challenges.
Ability to travel regionally as needed (approx. 35 to 50%).
