Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal support to the commercial area at all stages of the bidding process, including objections, appeals, qualification, proposals, and contracts.
Draft, review and validate legal documents such as contracts, powers of attorney, declarations, minutes, and certificates required for public tenders.
Analyze bidding documents, identifying legal risks and opportunities, and propose actions to mitigate or leverage them in alignment with commercial objectives.
Monitor and interpret changes in legislation applicable to the technology sector and bidding processes.
Track regulatory changes that may impact the company's operations, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements
Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Experience with public procurement and contracts, preferably involving the new Public Procurement Law (Law No. 14.133/2021).
Experience working with and providing support to commercial teams.
Ability to interpret bidding documents and identify legal aspects relevant to strategic decision-making.
Knowledge of the technology sector is a plus.
Availability to travel is desirable; possession of a valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) and ability to drive.
Desirable: Knowledge or experience with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and compliance.
