Responsibilities

  • Build Exceptional Products: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements, using appropriate planning and prioritisation techniques and managing timeline expectations effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for product quality, working closely with engineering and QA teams to build capability and resolve issues promptly.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Gather customer feedback and analyze data to gain deep insights into customer requirements and pain points.
  • Champion the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that product decisions align with customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
  • Inspire and motivate the teams you work with, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers, effectively communicating product vision and progress.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and initiatives based on business value and customer impact which supports Gentrack’s overall business goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for investment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of leading successful product initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide software teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into actionable product strategies and investments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
