About the role
- Junior Product Manager supporting the development of two collections per year. Working closely with manufacturers and partners in a hybrid role at ONSKINERY in Pleinfeld.
Responsibilities
- Support in developing two collections per year and further developing the NOS segment in close coordination with manufacturers and license partners (market, competitor and trend monitoring; design briefing; design sourcing)
- Support of the product development process (collection planning, prototype development, production follow-up, and presentation to sales)
- Conceptualization of promotional items, POS and packaging concepts in close coordination with marketing and sales
- Creation of compelling sales and presentation materials
- Support for monthly analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs
- Master data management
Requirements
- Degree in textiles/fashion or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience through internships in product/category management or procurement
- Structured, goal-oriented and independent working style
- Good sense for materials, colors and design
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, conceptual way of thinking and working
- High team and communication skills
- Very good written and spoken English
