About the role

  • International Product Manager leading the SIGNA™ portfolio strategy at GE HealthCare. Focused on product lifecycle management and market requirements across international regions.

Responsibilities

  • Own a product portfolio for the international region, including strategy, execution, lifecycle management, and competitive positioning.
  • Contribute to product vision, value proposition, roadmap, and long-term strategy by incorporating customer feedback, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead the regional contribution to World Wide Product Planning (WWPP), Long-Term Strategy (LTS), and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
  • Ensure portfolio eligibility and availability across regions, addressing regulatory, service, compliance, and configuration management requirements (e.g., Apttus).
  • Collect and synthesize Voice of the Customer (VoC), clinical needs, and market trends to quantify opportunities and risks.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, win/loss data, and market forces to identify growth opportunities, potential threats, and drive associated action plans.
  • Exercise judgment regarding financial, operational, and commercial risks related to business proposals and initiatives.
  • Serve as a technical and clinical advisor to modality sales teams, commercial teams, RAM, PSS, and service sales teams.
  • Produce, consolidate, and maintain access to outcome-focused materials to differentiate from other MRI vendors (e.g., Showpad, MR INT Marketing Portal).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • More than 8 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI): over 10 years of experience.
  • Good knowledge of medical imaging concepts (e.g., DICOM, segmentation) and clinical workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct hierarchical authority.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in healthcare, medical imaging, or technology-intensive product roles.
  • Strong clinical expertise (neurology, oncology) and experience collaborating with clinicians and researchers.
  • Proven experience in product discovery, innovation, and deployment in international markets.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
