About the role
- Product Manager responsible for SDK and integration strategies in AI governance at Credo AI. Leading evidence automation and developer experience in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the integration strategy: public SDK, MCP server/gateway, and major ecosystem integrations
- Drive evidence automation—shift from manual uploads to API-driven collection, targeting 50% of evidence captured automatically
- Own the developer experience end-to-end: SDK design, API documentation, developer portal, integration guides
- Ensure we can address the majority of customer integration requests—whether through direct builds, SDK enablement, or partner solutions
- Manage strategic partnerships with ecosystem players, from scoping to launch to ongoing maintenance
- Partner with Engineering to prioritize integration builds, with Customer Success to understand pain points, and with Sales to support technical conversations
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with significant time in platform, developer tools, or enterprise integration work
- Track record shipping integration solutions across multiple approaches (SDKs, APIs, partner integrations) with a clear POV on when each is most effective
- Strong developer experience instincts—you have opinions on documentation, error handling, versioning, and API design
- Comfortable managing external partnerships—from scoping to launch to ongoing maintenance
- Outcome-driven: you prioritize based on value delivered (adoption, usage, time saved) not features shipped
- AI fluency or willingness to learn is a requirement.
