About the role

  • Payroll Accountant preparing payroll for various industries and handling client correspondence. Supporting audit processes and overseeing payroll software systems implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly payroll for various industries
  • Correspondence with clients, government offices, social insurance carriers and authorities
  • Management of reporting and certification processes
  • Professional support for clients during wage tax and social security audits
  • Support and implementation of payroll accounting systems (e.g. Emplower)

Requirements

  • Qualified bookkeeper, tax clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification, with relevant professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Confident user of DATEV
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and a team player
  • Friendly, confident manner and strong communication skills
