About the role

  • Principal Product Manager driving AI product management and enhancing digital consumer journey at GEICO. Collaborating cross-functionally to lead complex products from conception to launch.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to guide complex products from conception to launch by connecting the product vision and specific solutions needed to solve business and customer problems.
  • Drive end-to-end experience across mobile app/web/desktop platforms, across all business lines that are platform agnostic.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, sales, design and other product teams to reimagine and build GEICO’s Digital Experience to serve the customer service needs in the entire policy lifecycle.
  • Partner with UX team to drive a stellar experience for our customers.
  • Own and prioritize short term and long-term product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that all the right resources are aligned to ensure that and your team will be successful.
  • Create and use compelling, informative artifacts to influence stakeholders (ex. Vision, Roadmaps, Features/Epics, Progress Updates, etc.).
  • Identifying and measuring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), with an eye to adjusting and refining your roadmap as the data dictates.
  • Mentor other Product Managers and help in building a high performing product organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 10+ years of experience in Product Management building complex software and technology products with proven record of accomplishment at large scale.
  • 3+ years owning AI/ML or GenAI products in sustained production, with direct accountability for model outcomes, quality, and business impact
  • Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered platforms or experiences at enterprise scale, working closely with applied scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams to operationalize LLMs, retrieval/RAG, decisioning, or agentic workflows
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of the AI product lifecycle, including problem framing, data strategy, experimentation, model evaluation metrics, risk/controls, and post-launch iteration in regulated or high-trust environments
  • Experience in building consumer facing online and mobile app products with strong customer focus and ownership mindset.
  • Builder in mindset with proven experience in managing all aspects of building products throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery to scaling.
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and drive change.
