About the role

  • Associate Director overseeing and optimizing Workday modules for employee lifecycle at leading professional services provider. Collaborating across teams to enhance the HR technology experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation modules
  • Manage a team of analysts and senior analysts, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment
  • Act as a Workday solution architect and subject matter expert across employee lifecycle processes
  • Partner closely with Total Rewards, Talent Management, and HRBP teams to ensure systems align with firm-wide talent strategy
  • Drive prioritization and execution of roadmap initiatives, enhancements, defects, and operational needs
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, delivering high-quality configuration, documentation, testing, and change management
  • Leverage business acumen and data to optimize functionality and improve stakeholder outcomes
  • Lead Workday biannual release impact assessments and adoption plans for assigned modules
  • Drive adoption of Workday best practices and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience with deep Workday configuration expertise
  • Hands-on experience in one of the following: Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation
  • Proven experience leading teams and cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment
  • Workday Pro Certifications in relevant modules are a strong plus
  • Strong storytelling, influencing, and communication skills
  • High business acumen with a passion for enhancing employee experience through technology
