Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation modules
- Manage a team of analysts and senior analysts, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment
- Act as a Workday solution architect and subject matter expert across employee lifecycle processes
- Partner closely with Total Rewards, Talent Management, and HRBP teams to ensure systems align with firm-wide talent strategy
- Drive prioritization and execution of roadmap initiatives, enhancements, defects, and operational needs
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, delivering high-quality configuration, documentation, testing, and change management
- Leverage business acumen and data to optimize functionality and improve stakeholder outcomes
- Lead Workday biannual release impact assessments and adoption plans for assigned modules
- Drive adoption of Workday best practices and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience with deep Workday configuration expertise
- Hands-on experience in one of the following: Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation
- Proven experience leading teams and cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment
- Workday Pro Certifications in relevant modules are a strong plus
- Strong storytelling, influencing, and communication skills
- High business acumen with a passion for enhancing employee experience through technology
