- Demonstrated ability in navigating matrixed organizations
- Ability to develop and implement global sourcing strategies
- Expertise in developing complex RFx’s, should cost models, scorecards and award criteria
- Strong technical knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel and communicate outside of typical work hours
