About the role
- Finance Manager supporting Patient Care Solutions at GE HealthCare, facilitating P&L cost estimates and managing investment spend. Collaborating with teams to drive process improvements and enhance financial discipline.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Patient Care Solutions (PCS) segment within GE HealthCare.
- Serves as a strategic finance partner to the Program Management Office (PMO) and finance organization.
- Facilitates direct P&L cost estimates across multiple teams.
- Partners with PCS Technology and PCS Product Management teams to ensure alignment with financial targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive corporate finance experience.
- Deep expertise in product and program finance.
- Demonstrated experience partnering cross‑functionally with FP&A, regional finance, supply chain, engineering, product, and program management teams.
- Proven ability to manage large‑scale operational and investment spend.
- Experience providing financial oversight for complex operational issues.
- Track record of process optimization and change management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills.
