Responsibilities
Act as the on-site focal point for the client's Procurement and/or Supplier Registration teams, ensuring the correct and strategic use of the Gedanken platform.
Map, document, and optimize on-site supplier management processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing real-time solutions.
Lead and monitor onboarding and re-onboarding flows, working directly with the client to accelerate supplier traction and engagement.
Coordinate action plans and communications to ensure targets and critical deadlines are met (e.g., Energy Auction schedules, strategic BIDs, and others).
Conduct workshops and hands-on training for client teams and suppliers, ensuring adoption of best practices on the G.Certifica platform.
Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback (NPS), turning customer pain points into actionable insights for Gedanken’s Product and Processes teams.
Requirements
Previous experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Operations roles with on-site/in-person responsibilities.
Strong influencing and communication skills to manage stakeholders and drive process change.
High autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to act as the "owner" of the solution within the client environment.
Analytical capacity to convert observations and operational data into action plans.
Availability to work on-site at client locations (Rio de Janeiro and/or São Paulo).
