Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and support on labor law matters
Ensure alignment with business objectives and legal compliance
Conduct negotiations on behalf of the HR department
Maintain and develop constructive, trust-based relationships with employee representatives and works councils
Prepare and carry out negotiations with employee representatives
Advise managers and HR People Partners / HR Business Partners on collective and individual labor law issues
Monitor changes in legislation, case law, and labor relations negotiations
Requirements
Completed degree in Law, Business Law, or Labor Law
In-depth knowledge of collective and individual labor law (e.g., BetrVG, ArbZG, TzBfG)
Professional experience in human resources with a focus on labor law / labor relations, ideally in a company bound by collective agreements
Experience in dealing with employee representatives and conducting negotiations
