Responsibilities
Şirketin satış ve büyüme stratejileri doğrultusunda hedeflenen ciroyu ve karlılığı yakalamak için müşteri potansiyelini analiz ederek hedef müşterileri belirlemek, yeni müşteri kazandırmaya yönelik çalışmaları yürütmek ve mevcut müşterileri korumak
Operasyon departmanları ile gerekli iletişim ve işbirliği içerisinde operasyonun takibini gerçekleştirmek
Müşteri beklentilerini düzenli olarak takip etmek, müşteri memnuniyeti artırmak adına çalışmalar yapmak
Kendisine verilen KPI'lar doğrultusunda satış raporlarını hazırlamak, aylık performans sunumlarını yapmak
Requirements
Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun
İstanbul’da - ikamet eden
İyi derecede İngilizce bilen ve aktif olarak kullanabilen
Havayolu ve/veya Denizyolu satış tecrübesine sahip
Minimum 5 yıl ilgili alanlarda satış ve portföy yönetimi tecrübesine sahip
İlgili alanda hat geliştirme planlaması yapabilecek
İletişimi kuvvetli, değişime ve gelişime açık
Analitik düşünme ve hızlı karar verme yeteneğine sahip
