About the role

  • ERP Operations Technical Project Manager at GE Gas Power overseeing enterprise technology platforms and ensuring compliance with application policies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Project or program complex, multi-disciplinary teams in resolution of high-profile outages/application incidents
  • Program manage a vendor support team of technical and functional experts
  • Ensure compliance with all application policies
  • Evaluate the use of automation to drive MTTR improvement
  • Generate and maintain employee self-service options
  • Track and monitor program status and metrics
  • Ensure ongoing communication of progress against program objectives
  • Share technical, procedural, and business knowledge with others
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
  • A minimum of 5 years of technical experience
  • Proven expertise in large-scale ERP Operations
  • Demonstrated customer focus
  • Demonstrated ability of working with senior-level stakeholders to define, lead, and implement process and tools strategy
  • Ability to develop partnerships with cross functional teams
  • Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
