Responsibilities
Own and execute the North American sales strategy, driving new customer acquisition and expansion of existing utility and system operator accounts
Build and maintain senior relationships with ISOs/RTOs, regulatory stakeholders, and Utilities
Lead sales cycles, including RFPs, pilots, evaluations, and contract negotiations
Partner closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure solutions meet North American grid planning requirements
Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue reporting to executive leadership
Requirements
10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a strong focus on utilities, grid software, or power system technologies
Proven track record selling software solutions to Utilities, ISOs/RTOs in the U.S. and Canada
Strong understanding of North American system operator and utility planning processes
Experience navigating regulated markets, public procurement, and utility governance structures
Existing relationships with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, or grid planning stakeholders in North America
Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
