About the role
- Maintain and manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Own the Paid Ads campaigns/results for assigned clients
- Ensure clients have a proper Ad Spend Budget to hit their new patient goals and see success
- Oversee all Gargle products/services(need a strong understanding of Google Ad and Meta ads) being used by clients and ensure they are delivering value
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through consistent communication and transparency
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and renewal across accounts
- Provide performance insights and recommendations to clients
- Stay updated on industry and dental marketing trends to provide clients with relevant strategies
- Document client activity and maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or other internal systems)
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience managing digital ads, ideally with Google Ads
- Strong background in client-facing account management
- B2B or service industry experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work from Gargle’s Lehi office at least three days per week (remote considered for out-of-state candidates with strong experience)
