About the role

  • Client Marketing Coordinator supporting the Client Marketing Director in preparing and delivering client insights for a marketing services organization focused on dentists.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Client Marketing Director by ensuring thorough preparation, coordination, and insight
  • Manages client service preparation
  • Organizes team schedules and task assignments
  • Conducts in-depth client performance research
  • Compiles and delivers accurate, timely reporting
  • Provides detailed briefing materials to support the Director’s upcoming client calls

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative support
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment
  • Exceptional computer skills (MAC skills preferred)
  • High-level expertise in spreadsheets, word processing, and project management
  • Google platform proficiency
  • Type 50+ WPM
  • Problem-solving skills and strong attention to details
  • Flexibility to multitask and interact with and report to multiple individuals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
