Responsibilities
Welcome clients through all communication channels: in-branch, by phone or email
Handle clients' needs: discovery, research and identification of their expectations, present GAN Assurances, promote and sell the agency's insurance offerings
Manage client files independently: prepare tailored quotes, issue insurance policies, collect, track, verify and follow up on administrative documents and signatures
Develop your own client portfolio: new subscriptions, follow-up contacts and additional sales across the full product range: pension products, personal protection, supplementary health insurance, life insurance, loan protection, car/home insurance, legal protection
Handle and monitor claims when necessary: open claims notifications, coordinate experts, collect documentation and perform follow-ups
Actively participate in agency life: liaise with the insurer, manage supplies and the agency's administrative tasks (mail, archiving, etc.)
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' solid experience in the banking sector
Ideally comfortable with the demands of a sales role (targets, sales, challenges, close customer relationships)
Demonstrates rigor, high standards and autonomy in all circumstances
Excellent interpersonal skills to serve our clients with quality and satisfaction, showing friendliness, empathy and commitment
Curious by nature and able to take initiative
Benefits
Fixed salary: €28,000 to €34,000 gross per year
Additional benefit: quarterly variable pay of €900 net depending on targets achieved
