About the role

  • Customer Service Advisor handling client relations and repairs coordination at MIDI AUTO. Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing communication with the workshop and insurance companies.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers (in person and by phone) with professionalism
  • Identify needs and create repair orders
  • Schedule work in coordination with the workshop
  • Monitor repair progress and provide regular updates to customers
  • Manage relationships with insurance companies and claims adjusters
  • Prepare estimates, issue invoices and hand over vehicles to customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process

Requirements

  • Experience in vehicle reception or bodyshop preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance
  • Organized, meticulous and responsive
  • Comfortable with IT tools (DMS, estimating software, email, etc.)
  • Team player with the ability to manage priorities
  • Valid Category B driving licence required
