Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process
Requirements
Experience in vehicle reception or bodyshop preferred
Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance
Organized, meticulous and responsive
Comfortable with IT tools (DMS, estimating software, email, etc.)
Team player with the ability to manage priorities
Valid Category B driving licence required
