About the role
- Consultant in Logistics Software Implementation in Healthcare, conducting training and project collaboration with clients. Requires experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or procurement in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Independently conduct training for end users on-site and remotely
- Implement software on-site for new customers
- Collaborate internally across disciplines on customer projects
- Work closely with Development and Product Management
- Test new software versions and features
- Provide consulting and analysis to optimize logistical processes
- Handle and document support and customer inquiries (2nd and 3rd level support) via a ticketing system
- Assist with the onboarding and training of colleagues in specialized roles
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a commercial, pharmaceutical-technical or IT field, or a relevant degree (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics)
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, pharmacy or procurement
- Experience in support and consulting with a strong customer service orientation
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
- Confident manner when dealing with customers and third-party vendors
- Willingness to travel for occasional day trips (Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Switzerland)
- Knowledge of common standard applications (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Nice to have but not mandatory: English language skills
