Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies for the German market
Unlock new business opportunities through targeted acquisition of wholesale customers (e.g., network operators, carriers)
Advise on and market technical upstream products from the Gamma SIP portfolio
Source and manage tenders and RFPs
Achieve individually agreed revenue targets
Manage wholesale customers such as network operators and international carriers
Conduct customer meetings, trade shows, presentations and contract negotiations in the field
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Participate in marketing activities focused on target markets
Monitor the market, analyse competitors and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with engineering, product management, procurement and legal to implement customer-specific solutions
Requirements
Sales experience, ideally in B2B or telecommunications (knowledge of network technologies, products and the competitive landscape)
Willingness to travel (flexible for field and customer appointments across Germany) and high self-motivation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to maintain and develop partnerships on an equal footing
Structured working style and strong closing skills
Excellent written and spoken German
Good written and spoken English
