About the role

Responsibilities
- Support project analysts and consultants throughout processes by assisting in the preparation of technical and financial documents;
- Monitor needs for financial reallocation between budget categories and scope changes for contracted projects;
- Request information from project consultants or project managers to compile technical reports within the required deadlines;
- Assist in preparing financial supporting/substantiation reports prior to final submission;
- Monitor guarantee renewals and any additional renegotiation requirements.
Requirements
- University degree in progress or completed (preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management Processes, or related fields;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
- Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Organizational skills and systems thinking;
- Knowledge of project management is a plus.
