About the role

  • Analista de Prestação de Contas assisting project managers with documentation and financial reporting at Galapos. Engaging in innovation projects within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support project analysts and consultants throughout processes by assisting in the preparation of technical and financial documents;
  • Monitor needs for financial reallocation between budget categories and scope changes for contracted projects;
  • Request information from project consultants or project managers to compile technical reports within the required deadlines;
  • Assist in preparing financial supporting/substantiation reports prior to final submission;
  • Monitor guarantee renewals and any additional renegotiation requirements.

Requirements

  • University degree in progress or completed (preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management Processes, or related fields;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
  • Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Organizational skills and systems thinking;
  • Knowledge of project management is a plus.
