About the role

  • Associate Help Desk Technician providing first-level technical support for end users at Gainwell Technologies. Responsible for logging tickets and troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer-focused support environment.

Responsibilities

  • provide first-level technical support to end users
  • ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and system-related issues
  • maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • log and track all issues in the problem management system
  • analyze recurring problems and recommend improvements
  • provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical or customer support roles
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CalSAWS or similar systems is a plus
