Requirements
- Technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Railway Engineering)
- Several years of experience in functional safety, railway engineering or safety-critical product development
- Solid knowledge of the standards EN 50126, EN 50716, EN 50129 and the CSM-RA methodology
- Experience in safety analyses, Safety Cases and risk management processes
- Practical experience with tools such as DOORS/Polarion, FMEA software and hazard log systems
- Confident handling of regulatory requirements and notified bodies
- Strong communication and conflict-management skills and assertiveness
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
- Very good German and English skills
