About the role

  • Sales Representative for Funkwerk managing customer relationships and acquisitions in Southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Responsibilities include sales visits and collaboration with marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Active acquisition of new customers as well as support and maintenance of existing customer relationships
  • Planning and conducting customer visits and business meetings
  • Identifying new market and sales opportunities within the sales territory
  • Presenting products and services on-site at the customer's location
  • Preparing quotations and conducting contract negotiations
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
  • Participating in trade fairs and events

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in business administration, sales, or a related field
  • Professional experience in sales, ideally in public transport (ÖPNV) or rail
  • Strong ability to identify and address customer needs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and possibly internationally
