Responsibilities
You are responsible for consistently acquiring new customers and developing new market segments for professional, tailor-made security system solutions and will manage selected existing customers.
Proactive acquisition of new customers and handling of tenders (RFPs)
Advising customers in the development of concepts and solutions
Presenting and explaining our service and product portfolio at customer meetings, trade fairs and exhibitions
Preparing quotation documents and presentations
Tracking enquiries and proposals, and drafting and processing contracts (VOB/VOL)
Participating in project planning, implementation into technical solutions, commissioning and acceptance
Requirements
Technical or commercial vocational training or degree
Strong enthusiasm for customer-facing work
Experience in technical solution or systems sales in security technology or IT infrastructure
Strong communication skills
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style with drive to shape projects
Technical knowledge of network technologies and security systems
Negotiation skills, team orientation and a reliable, customer-friendly manner
Valid driving licence (car) and willingness to travel
Confident user of MS Office
Business-fluent German language skills
