About the role
- Commercial Analyst supporting internal secondment opportunity at Fulkrum. Collaborating with teams to provide commercial support, manage bids, and assist in client onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bid and tender preparation, including screening, Table of Reference (TOR), and deliverables
- Lead Expressions of Interest (EOI), market surveys, and tender prequalification activities
- Review contracts and agreements, identifying key negotiation points and challenges
- Manage vendor qualification, supplier registration, and due diligence processes
- Maintain memberships and subscriptions
- Support the onboarding of new clients and update the Contracts Register
- Prepare and update client rate cards and internal rate guides
- Collaborate on business development event summaries and presentation materials
- Provide commercial support to the sales team and other departments
- Issue and maintain HSE statistics, forms, and documentation
