About the role

  • Commercial Analyst supporting internal secondment opportunity at Fulkrum. Collaborating with teams to provide commercial support, manage bids, and assist in client onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bid and tender preparation, including screening, Table of Reference (TOR), and deliverables
  • Lead Expressions of Interest (EOI), market surveys, and tender prequalification activities
  • Review contracts and agreements, identifying key negotiation points and challenges
  • Manage vendor qualification, supplier registration, and due diligence processes
  • Maintain memberships and subscriptions
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and update the Contracts Register
  • Prepare and update client rate cards and internal rate guides
  • Collaborate on business development event summaries and presentation materials
  • Provide commercial support to the sales team and other departments
  • Issue and maintain HSE statistics, forms, and documentation

Requirements

  • Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong administrative and technical capability
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to interpret instructions accurately
