Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of high‑impact learning programmes on M365, related technologies, and other skills (e.g. interpersonal, digital), shaping solutions that support complex, large‑scale change.
- Conduct strategic, insight‑driven learning needs analysis to develop tailored learning strategies that align with business priorities and diverse learner needs.
- Provide expert consultancy, advising senior stakeholders on best‑practice learning methodologies, digital tools, and approaches that drive behaviour change and culture shift.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, establishing credibility at executive level and influencing decision‑making through clear evaluation of learning impact.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated learning solutions, navigating complex stakeholder environments and identifying business development opportunities
Requirements
- L&D qualification / advanced capability in needs analysis, solution design, and impact evaluation, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
- Proven expertise delivering M365, technology, and behavioural skills training across sectors, including within large scale transformation programmes
- Skilled in influencing senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, shaping decisions through clear insight and evidence
- Demonstrated ability to shape and execute learning strategies that enable organisational culture change, and digital transformation
- Confident operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments, leading others and delivering at pace
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and delivering training to a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior roles
- Knowledge and experience of the following would be advantageous: Consultancy/Management experience, eLearning / instructional design experience
