About the role

  • Senior Learning and Skills Consultant focusing on designing learning solutions for organisational change. Joining an award-winning team at FSP Consulting to drive digital transformation and client success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of high‑impact learning programmes on M365, related technologies, and other skills (e.g. interpersonal, digital), shaping solutions that support complex, large‑scale change.
  • Conduct strategic, insight‑driven learning needs analysis to develop tailored learning strategies that align with business priorities and diverse learner needs.
  • Provide expert consultancy, advising senior stakeholders on best‑practice learning methodologies, digital tools, and approaches that drive behaviour change and culture shift.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, establishing credibility at executive level and influencing decision‑making through clear evaluation of learning impact.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated learning solutions, navigating complex stakeholder environments and identifying business development opportunities

Requirements

  • L&D qualification / advanced capability in needs analysis, solution design, and impact evaluation, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
  • Proven expertise delivering M365, technology, and behavioural skills training across sectors, including within large scale transformation programmes
  • Skilled in influencing senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, shaping decisions through clear insight and evidence
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and execute learning strategies that enable organisational culture change, and digital transformation
  • Confident operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments, leading others and delivering at pace
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops and delivering training to a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior roles
  • Knowledge and experience of the following would be advantageous: Consultancy/Management experience, eLearning / instructional design experience
