About the role
- Technical Product Owner developing and maintaining Cloud architecture (MS Azure) for fritz. Engaging with Managed Service Providers and ensuring operational stability in IT operations.
Responsibilities
- You will further develop our cloud architecture (Microsoft Azure) and ensure stable operations.
- You will work closely with our managed service partners, acting not as a controller but as a sparring partner.
- You will be part of the IT Operations team and take responsibility for business continuity and resilience.
- You will manage end-user devices (laptops, iPads, iPhones, accessories) and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- You will pitch in on user support tickets when things get urgent.
- You will drive complex topics such as Microsoft Entra ID integrations between cloud tools.
- You will help us operate fritz securely and stably with clear standards and pragmatic solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification preferred
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (M365)
- Experience with Windows endpoints and cloud services
- Enjoy a mix of hands-on IT work and strategic development
- Experience collaborating with managed service providers
- Self-starter, strong communication skills, and a drive to make things happen
