Support the Vileda Professional Export Marketing team with daily operational tasks and ongoing projects
Collaborate with agencies to develop marketing materials for online channels, trade shows, conferences, and customer mailings
Participate in digital marketing activities, including website maintenance, Google and LinkedIn campaigns, and content creation
Support product launches, including volume planning, price calculations, and customer communication
Analyze market, sales, and customer data and derive actionable recommendations
Prepare presentations, webinars, and internal communication materials
Contribute ideas independently and propose suggestions to optimize B2B marketing activities
Requirements
Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum 4th semester of a Bachelor’s program; Master’s students preferred)
Initial practical experience through internships or student jobs in marketing or related areas
Ideally: knowledge of digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, content creation, social media)
Basic understanding of SEO/SEA or experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is an advantage
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, for effective communication in international teams
Proficient with common IT tools (MS Office, MS Teams, MS Outlook)
Strong affinity for digital media and the ability to independently generate marketing ideas
Analytical mindset, accuracy, and conscientiousness, even when working remotely
Team-oriented, independent, and proactive work style; ability to take responsibility and quickly learn new topics
Availability for at least 6 months, with the possibility to extend
