About the role

  • Project Manager in Digital Assets Technology leading initiatives for Franklin Templeton. Manage delivery of blockchain and tokenization projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital asset technology initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, compliance, and business teams to align project goals with organizational strategy
  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Identify project risks and dependencies early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues as needed
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuously improve project workflows, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; or 10 years of demonstrated work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in financial services or technology domains
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, digital assets, and tokenization workflows
  • Proficiency with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification preferred
  • Experience working with blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Aptos) preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to digital assets and financial technology preferred
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD practices preferred
  • Background in software development or systems analysis is a plus.
