Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of digital asset technology initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, compliance, and business teams to align project goals with organizational strategy
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Identify project risks and dependencies early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues as needed
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders
Continuously improve project workflows, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; or 10 years of demonstrated work experience
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in financial services or technology domains
Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, digital assets, and tokenization workflows
Proficiency with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification preferred
Experience working with blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Aptos) preferred
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to digital assets and financial technology preferred
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD practices preferred
Background in software development or systems analysis is a plus.
