About the role
- Project Manager in Digital Assets Technology leading initiatives for Franklin Templeton. Manage delivery of blockchain and tokenization projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital asset technology initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, compliance, and business teams to align project goals with organizational strategy
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Identify project risks and dependencies early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues as needed
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously improve project workflows, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; or 10 years of demonstrated work experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in financial services or technology domains
- Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, digital assets, and tokenization workflows
- Proficiency with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification preferred
- Experience working with blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Aptos) preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to digital assets and financial technology preferred
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD practices preferred
- Background in software development or systems analysis is a plus.
