About the role

  • Director of Strategic Accounts leading Foxway’s largest mobile recommerce accounts. Driving growth, strategy, and operational excellence in a dynamic tech organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sourcing and sales specialists, owning the performance and growth of our most strategic accounts while identifying new opportunities to expand our global footprint
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 commercial professionals
  • Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Set clear direction, priorities, and KPIs
  • Define and execute account strategies that maximize value and profitability
  • Turn insights into action by leveraging data, market trends, and performance metrics
  • Expand existing strategic accounts and unlock new revenue opportunities
  • Identify and onboard new high-impact partners
  • Lead complex negotiations and long-term commercial agreements
  • Collaborate across the business

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, or commercial leadership —ideally within recommerce, consumer electronics, or a related industry
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue and margin growth
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
