About the role

  • Senior Tax Auditor conducting audits to ensure compliance with tax regulations in Athens. Supervising teams and providing high-quality service experience to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Develop the key capabilities required to deliver a high-quality service experience to the client
  • Supervise a team of Tax Assistants
  • Report to the Manager regarding the development of the work
  • Examine all taxes a company will be liable for in an M&A transaction
  • Collect and analyze data in the context of the execution of the procedures
  • Resolve day to day issues and respond timely in the project requirements
  • Apply technology knowledge while performing the procedures of tax audit

Requirements

  • BSc in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration (MSc degree will be considered an asset)
  • 3-5 years of working experience in audit firm in the field of Tax certificate
  • Completion of the Tax seminar provided by AUEB
  • Tax due diligence experience will be considered a plus
  • Proficient knowledge of English and Greek
  • Good communication and report writing skills
  • Dedicated, result-orientated and positive attitude
  • Strong analytical and team spirit qualities
  • Strong technical and auditing skills
