- Experience in large-scale ERP implementations or transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of integration design, data management and cloud-based platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- A proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative way of working
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive progress and engage stakeholders
- Experience working in a complex enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders
